Birthday Celebration

I can't believe it! I'm 25 now! Time sure flies by fast.

This birthday was a great one! Patrick was so wonderful. He woke up with Joslyn so that I could sleep in late, which incidentally was much needed, as I was up until 2am with a serious headache. Once Joslyn was asleep again, he ran out to the store to buy syrup and bananas and my birthday present. He got me a beautiful necklace that I wore all day. When he got home from shopping he made cinnamon pecan pancakes. Yummy! Then we gave Joslyn a bath and got ready for out family photo shoot at the park. Those pictures will be posted soon. After pictures we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner with my sister, Kristi, her husband Mike and our friends Emily and Ryan. It was a lot of fun.

New Do

Last night, Patrick watched Joslyn so that I could get a much needed hair cut. I'm not sure that I like it. I had them put more bangs in and I am having mixed feelings. Here is a picture of the new cut.

Our Little Eight Week Old

I can't believe our little girl is already eight weeks. Time is sure flying by fast! We love this little girl more and more each day. We are so lucky to have this beautiful and healthy little girl in our family.

She is so much fun. She has started smiling and we should be laughing here any day. She is already sleeping through the night. Which makes her mommy and daddy very happy! Patrick has many nicknames for Joslyn. She is his little wiggle wobble, Joslanovic, Jossy, little hippo, and basically whatever comes to his mind.

She is so sweet and Patrick and I just love holding and cuddling with her. She brightens our days. We love her so much.

Accessories, Accessories, Accessories

On Sunday, I wore my clip on earrings to church. I thought I would make Patrick laugh by letting Joss wear them. She looked so cute.

Megan's Blessing

Today, Patrick had the great privilege of blessing our niece, Megan. He gave her a wonderful blessing. He blessed her to be able to find and develop her talents early in life, to be a light to her mother, to understand the gospel, that she will find love in her family and in the church and many other things. It was very beautiful.

After the blessing all the ward members came up to Patrick and Joslyn, thinking that Joslyn was Megan. It was fun explaining it all to them.
